I recently had the opportunity to second shoot for Joseph Bailey (a friend and local photographer) at one of the most priceless weddings I have ever attended! I was blessed to be there as this beautiful young woman prepared meet with her Beloved at the alter! I had never met such a "calm" Bride before! As I began to think through the day, I realized that I must have been more nervous than she was! I asked myself, "How can this precious bride be so calm on one of the most important days of her life?" As the day went on, I continued to muse this question until I realized what it was...Miss "CALM" bride-to-be was full of the presence of GOD! She truly unveiled the GRACE and DIGNITY of her King on this day as she claimed her LOVE before her friends and family! Thank you Bradye for pouring your sweet heart of patience into your day so that those around you could taste and see that the LORD is good! Josh, you are one BLESSED man, and I also know you are going to be a wonderful blessing in your bride's life, just as your dad mentioned during the ceremony. Thank you two for reflecting the beauty of the Sovereign One as your hearts were fused together on this delightful day. I would also like to thank the families and friends of the bride and groom for being so inviting, understanding, and kind as we captured this day to remember.

So, I had the honor of shooting a beautiful Wedding on what started out to be one of the rainiest days I have ever seen. I must tell you that I prayed for the rain to stop and I was so worried about it the whole afternoon, but the LORD knew what he was doing! It had been flooding since four o'clock in the morning all the way until the bride and groom started getting ready for their big day! I was honestly more nervous than they were because I wanted to provide them with beautiful photos and I cannot shoot in the rain at all. Knowing this, all I could do was pray! I prayed, they prayed, and God smiled as they were getting ready! I know now that he was washing away any dust that covered the green leaves of the beautiful trees that surrounded us. I loved the SUN shining through the freshly watered branches of greenery. I was reminded this beautiful day to "Stop Worrying".

The Bride and Groom were able to confess their love for one another in front of their witnesses and God, and I was able to capture the whole thing! My favorite part of their wedding was the sand ceremony. Both lovers were smiling as they took turns pouring the sand into their vase, representing the impossibility of separation from this day forward! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Mayfield for allowing me to share this wonderful day with you!

Hello All! Have you ever met a person that is just BEAUTIFUL both inside and out? I have had the opportunity of meeting several people like this, but the one I want to share with you today is special to my heart! Magen is an incredibly gifted young woman of God who has had the honor of loving two beautiful kiddos and now they have their third little sunshine (girl) on the way! Magen and Keith have two little ones (a boy and a girl) and the little one that they are anxiously waiting to meet is going to be so blessed by this wonderful family God has chosen for her.

Magen and Keith are sowers of Gods kingdom in the lives of so many but for me personally they have been an example of Grace and Love! They have the opportunity to pour into not only the lives of their own little ones but the lives of college students as well on a daily basis and lets face it, that is no easy task. These two are a beautiful example of Gods Glory. I am not saying they are perfect by any means, we all know that no one was perfect except Jesus Christ who laid his life down to save us, I am simply saying they are genuine! They sow seeds of honor, dignity, and strength, grace, and LOVE into so many lives and I pray God continues to bless them both.

I had the honor of capturing the Chisholm/Goff's big day! This couple is so AMAZING!!! They are both fit together like puzzle pieces fit together to make a beautiful piece of ART! Day Dream Bride

So I had the amazing opportunity to second shoot for Day Dream photography in Mansfield, TX this past weekend! Landon Day is an amazing photographer with a heart of Gold! All of you know I am still new in the photography world so there are still things I am learning, (just a side note: if we stop learning, we die), anyway, I learned so much and am so incredibly excited to share some of the wedding photos with you!

So Alicia and Nick were so awesome! Their wedding was in a beautiful Catholic church that was uniquely designed by the talented architects who built it! I was amazed at how incredible it was! The beautiful Bride and her wonderful family were dressed to kill...the wedding dress was gorgeous and there was not a hair out of place on her beautiful, freshly styled curls! We started at her house with photos of her in her beautiful gown with the brides maids...then we went to the church where her groom was anxiously waiting for her hand to join his in marriage! She walked down the aisle with confidence as her daddy prepared to pass her hand to the one he was now trusting with his daughters life. The groom gladly accepted her hand and they married Saturday with Great Joy! Finally!!! You may live happily ever after with your bride in whom God has created to be your helpmate Nick! Hats & Pearls in a Little Girls World!

Happy Fifth of July Everyone! So I am amazed at the beauty of little girls...and the curious little bubbly personality that follows their funny words and actions! We had the most fun this past weekend capturing the little personalities of three little girls and their beautiful family! We had the opportunity of standing under the beautiful clouds and cool weather with our gear capturing the little princesses in their matching dresses and bright eyes filled with adventure! We shot some photos in the normal poses and then we dolled it up by playing with the fun hats, pearls and umbrellas that we brought not knowing what to expect! Thank you Addison, Avery, and Amelia for bringing God's Big light to our lenses and allowing us to reminisce on His presence illuminating innocence and beauty through your little human souls! We loved watching these beautiful little girls Worship God with their favorite worship song Mighty To Save. Sunday I was privileged to take some engagement photos for Stacey and Adrian! Holy Cow what a cute couple! I loved their willingness to be comfortable with the camera...Sometimes its hard...usually because the guy is being dragged around..."Lets face it...They do not usually volunteer for photo day!" Adrian is going to be such a wonderful husband because he is very loving...and women desire to be loved...and Stacey is going to be a wonderful wife because she was so respectful and that is what the men need. I enjoyed watching them laugh together! Adrian and Stacey you are both amazing and I cannot wait to see the beautiful ministry you allow Him to work through you!
